The name comes from the Pink Floyd song "Echoes" and my father's first sled dog was also called echo.

I grew up in the mushing world and I fell in love with the dogs and the sport at a very young age. I don't see myself stopping any time soon!
Choosing the names is a family activity that can take from 5 minutes to countless hours.

Last year I had an awesome handling crew led by my sister Lori. They were called the 'pink crew' and wore neon pink hats to match my sled bag. They knew exactly what I needed, when I needed it. This year Lori will be racing and I wish her the best of luck, while the newest member of the crew, Nathanial will be taking over. I couldn't have done it with out you guys last year and I can't thank you enough!
