2010 Junior Yukon Quest Cancelled
As of 4:30pm March 4, 2010 the Yukon Quest is cancelling the 2010 Junior Yukon Quest due to deteriorating trail conditions and for the safety of the young mushers and their dogs.If you have any further questions feel free to contact:

$1000 Scholarship to be Awarded to
2010 JYQ Champion!
Race Marshal, Wayne Valcq, and Yukon Quest Board member, June Ryan, have generously donated a $1000.00 Scholarship to be awarded to the 2010 Junior Yukon Quest Champion. Wow! What an awesome prize for a hard working young musher to take home. Thanks, Wayne and June, for this inspiring demonstration of support for young mushers and the Junior Yukon Quest!
