The Yukon Quest would like to welcome you to our 2012 Start and Draw Banquet! 5:00pm Wednesday, February 1st, 2012 Westmark Hotel Fairbanks Tickets inlcude a full buffet, entertainment, music, and opportunities to meet our mushers. This is THE event not to miss with all it's excitement and anticipation for the start of ther 29th running of the Yukon Quest! Come see who will draw the first spot at the Start Line! Pre-Race Meet the Mushers - Fairbanks Come and meet our 2012 mushers at the Alpine Lodge from 6:30 to 10:00pm! Besides getting an autograph from your favorite mushers, you can have a drink with fellow supporters, meet our staff and volunteers, and witness the bib draw for the YQ 300 race! THIS IS THE DAY! Today all our teams get ready to start their 1000 mile trek across Alaska and Yukon on their way to Whitehorse. Join us on the Chena River for the Start of the 2012 Yukon Quest International Sled Dog Race! The 1000 mile race starts at 11am, mushers will arrive around 8am to get ready. The YQ300 race will start later at 5pm at the same place.
Join us in our headquarters in the log cabin at 550 First Avenue for latest updates and a cup of hot coco to deal with the cold! New 2012 Merchandise will be available, as well as miscellaneous memorabilia. |

Come and meet our 2012 champion! Come to the Old Fire Hall on Friday February 17th to our Meet the Mushers event! This is your chance to meet in person, for free, all our finishing mushers and our new champion! Food and a cash bar will be available, as well as entertainment, 2012 merchandise, and yuor last chance to by a raffle finish banquet ticket! Come and join us between 6h30 and 10h00pm! |

The 2012 Yukon Quest Finish and Awards Banquet! The banquet will take place at the Yukon Convention Centre in Whitehorse at 5pm on Saturday February 18th. Don't miss the Special Awards ceremony recognising our winners. Tickets are $75 CND, and include live music, great entertainment, a full meal, and a chance to meet your favorite musher! Tickets will be on sale in late fall at our Yukon Office at (867) 668-4711, or on First Avenue in the White Pass building. |

Wenesday Feb 19th at Boston Pizza at 5pm This is the time for all YQ staff and board members to sit down with you over free pizza and Chocolate Claim cake to say THANK YOU to all of you who have help to make the 2012 happen! We could not do it without your help, and would love to catch up, share stories about the race, discuss ideas for 2013 and simply have a great, relaxed, time with you!
